Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing issue. Please review all sizing and design info before placing your order.
If there is an issue, please email within 5 days of delivery with photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please reach out within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. From there, I will work with the manufacturer to remedy the issue. If a return is warranted, the manufacturer will ship a replacement item to you directly.
Depending on the circumstances and the requirements from the manufacturer, you may be required to return the damaged or incorrect product.

Store Credit
In some instances a store credit will be issued. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must notify me within 5 days of receipt of your item. Proof of purchase may be requested. Once received and inspected, a store credit for the original product purchase amount will be given.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, as a small business owner I cannot be responsible for shipping carrier loses. Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer in my hands. Of course, I will do very my best to assist with tracking up until delivery.
