How long is the production process?
Production typically takes between 2–8 business days, depending on the item. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer. This excludes shipping and delivery time. Please see product page for more detailed turnaround times.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Once your order is placed it goes directly to the manufacturer and into production. Order changes are not possible once the order is placed. Please review all design and sizing details before placing your order.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please email help@lanuitbleueatelier.com within 5 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue. From there, I will work with the manufacturer to remedy the issue. If a return is warranted, the manufacturer will ship a replacement item to you directly.

Because items are handmade on demand, they are not eligible for refunds. In special cases, if a replacement is not possible a store credit will be issued.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at help@lanuitbleueatelier.com or via the contact page within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. From there, I will work with the manufacturer to remedy the issue. If a return is warranted, the manufacturer will ship a replacement item to you directly.

When will I receive my order?
All items are made to order by different manufacturing partners. Please note some items have been affected by the recent tariff policies and may experience delays. In general, most products ship within 2–8 business days. U.S. delivery usually an additional 4–14 business days. Production and shipping times depend on the item(s) ordered and the manufacturer.

Will my items be delivered together?
Not necessarily. Depending on the items ordered, your items may be constructed by more than one manufacturer. As a result, some items may ship separately. Please keep in mind that packaging labels will vary depending on the manufacturer and may not have LA NUIT BLEUE ATELIER on the return address. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you ordered multiple items from different manufacturers, you may receive multiple tracking emails.
What if my package has been lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, as a small business owner I cannot be responsible for shipping carrier loses. Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer in my hands. Of course, I will do very my best to assist with tracking up until delivery. Please reach out with any questions using the contact form.
Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes! To celebrate the launch, I am offering Free Standard Shipping on every continental US order. No codes, no minimums.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
Many of our items do ship nationwide. However, select items are currently only available for delivery within the continental U.S. Free shipping does not apply to these regions. Additional shipping charges apply. With the ongoing tariff regulations, shipping has been limited. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico and want to check if a particular item can ship to you, please reach out.
