Hi! I'm Camile O'Briant--the solopreneur behind the brand--and artist, designer and photographer with a deep love for bold prints, rich color and the kind of style that doesn't play it safe.
What began as a creative experiment quickly became something bigger — a collection of bold, made-to-order pieces designed to celebrate individuality, slow fashion, and the beauty of standing out. I pour my vision into every piece — from the designs themselves to the model photos you see on this site, which I personally shoot.
This brand is rooted in story, shaped by a love of florals, playful plaids, and inspired by color. It’s where visual art becomes wearable. Where florals and plaids can collide --and rules go out of the window. Where fashion feels like freedom.
Every design is a piece of my creative world — and now, it’s yours to wear.
THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE BRAND
FOLLOW YOUR BLISS
La Nuit Bleue Atelier began as an act of creative faith — a decision to follow what lit me up inside. The name of this section is a quiet nod to the writer and mythologist Joseph Campbell, whose words have long inspired artists to trust their instincts and pursue what feels true.
Following My Bliss is where the creative spark begins. It’s my personal collage of inspiration — a collection of images, textures, patterns, and moods that feed the design process. From Dutch florals and botanical illustrations to unexpected plaids - these images tell the story behind the story.
Some of these sparks turn into prints. Others just live here, influencing color palettes, mood, or the energy behind a collection. But they all belong to the process.
This is not just a moodboard. It’s the foundation of every piece I make — a visual diary of what moves me.
As a lifelong photographer and visual storyteller, I’ve always seen the world through the lens of composition, color, and emotion. That same eye shapes everything I create at La Nuit Bleue Atelier — from the designs and products to the way the pieces come to life on camera.

La Nuit Bleue Atelier may be a solo vision, but it’s never been a solo journey. From the very beginning, this brand has been shaped by the generosity, love, and encouragement of friends, family, and a growing creative community.
This section is a tribute to that support — to the people who’ve stood beside me, cheered me on, modeled with heart, and helped me bring these designs to life. Some of the faces you see here belong to longtime friends and loved ones. Others are models I’ve met through the process — talented, inspiring individuals who started as collaborators and became part of the family.
This work wouldn’t exist without them.
